VOX - German Pilsner - 4.9% ABV

Light, crisp, and super clean with notes of cracker, subtle malt sweetness and a lingering floral noble hop character.

 BELOBOG - Czech Pale Lager - 3.9% ABV

The respected Belobog is a 3.9% Czech Pale Lager. Much like the deity of light and sun, it offers an enticing deep golden color (sun) with a foamy white head (light). It's light bodied with earthy notes of biscuit and honey. Rich yet refreshing and finishes with a well rounded herbal hoppy finish.

DUFFLE COAT - English Mild - 3.5% ABV 

Duffle Coat is a comforting and versatile English Mild that embodies the warmth and tradition of classic British brewing. Its rich chestnut hue hints at toasted malt goodness, inviting the drinker into a mellow and approachable experience. On the nose, subtle floral and earthy aromatics emerge from the East Kent Golding hops, complemented by the mild herbal and woody notes of Fuggle hops. These hop varieties lend a gentle bitterness that balances the malt sweetness without overpowering, creating a harmonious and nuanced aroma profile. The palate reveals a soft, malt-forward character with layers of caramel, biscuit, and toasted bread, characteristic of traditional English milds. The finish is smooth and slightly dry. The low ABV makes Duffel Coat an ideal session beer.

KIWI COOLIE - Hoppy Summer Ale - 5.3% ABV

Kiwi Coolie boasts a bright and lively flavor profile characterized by notes of ripe kiwi, pineapple, mango, and citrus. The malt provides a subtle sweetness and body that balances the hop-forward aromatics, while herbal and spicy notes from Czech Saaz hops added directly into the mash tun introduce a layer of complexity. This unconventional approach aims to enhance thiol precursors—compounds that, when released during fermentation, contribute to bright, citrusy, and tropical fruit aromas. To further elevate the tropical fruit character, the beer is dry hopped with an additional 22 lbs of Rakau hops, a New Zealand hop variety renowned for its bold, tropical aroma featuring notes of pineapple, mango, and passionfruit. The generous dry hopping infusion intensifies these fruity aromas, culminating in a beer that finishes clean and refreshing with a slight dryness that invites another sip.

WEST COAST WIZARD - IPA - 6.3% ABV

Classic resinous hop tones meld with impressions of ripe melon and peach in this bright, easy drinking West coast IPA. Get back to your roots!

CHANNELWOOD - Hazy IPA - 6.7%

A generous addition of Idaho 7 hops at whirlpool imparts those woody resinous and piney aromatics as well as subtle zesty tangerine flavors. It is then dry hopped with three different hops that present their own unique wine-like terroir. Enigma, Nelson Sauvin, and Hallertau Blanc beautifully blend their red and white wine characteristics with other subtle notes of passionfruit, gooseberries, pineapple, lilac, and raspberry.

POG LONG TONGUE LIAR - Kettle Sour - 4.4% ABV

Featuring tropical and citrus aromas, including bright notes of Cara Cara oranges, pink guava, and sweet passion fruit. Subtle floral and herbal hints from Comet hops, along with a fresh, piney, resinous aroma from dry-hopping with Krush hops, add complexity. The tropical medley delivers juicy, mouthwatering flavors, with guava’s mellow sweetness blending with citrus and passion fruit.

PICKLED LONG TONGUE LIAR - Kettle Sour - 4.4% ABV

You asked and we dill-ivered. It’s Pickle Time. The meticulously crafted Long Tongue Liar series you all have grown to love has gone full pickle. This time, we’re teaming up with Chicago’s own Vargo Brother Ferments to supply their oh-so-delicious garlic-dill pickle brine. The combination of Columbus and Sorachi Ace hops and a steep of fresh minced dill delivers a very approachable kettle sour for pickle lovers and beer lovers alike. The subtle notes of citrus, dill, black pepper, garlic, and resin from the hops lay the foundation for the Vargo Brother brine to shine even brighter. Its light body and effervescent mouthfeel provide a refreshingly dry finish with a lingering dill and light, salty garlic kick. The result is a crisp, sessionable sour, despite its bold character

FESTBIER - German Lager- 5.9% ABV

Festbier is the modern German beer served at Oktoberfest because of its lighter, more drinkable characteristics. A bright golden color with a persistent white foam that engulfs your senses in rich doughy maltiness and subtle floral herbal hop aroma. A smooth, almost creamy like body melds the soft sweetness of fresh doughy bread and the light floral herbaceous hop flavor. The perfect balance of strength and drinkability. Prost!!!

MAELSTROM - Baltic Porter - 8% ABV

A dark mahogany color topped by a thick, creamy tan head. A robust plethora of flavors dance on your tongue. Caramel, chocolate, coffee, molasses, licorice, dried fruit notes, and subtle roast. This warming brew is meant to wash the day’s woes away with a single sip, leaving you to enjoy a mug of the fine stuff.

DUNGEON MASTER:THUNDERBIRD - Tiramisu Imperial Stout - 11.5% ABV

Thunderbird is our Tiramisu inspired Dungeon Master that perfectly encapsulates the coffee flavored Italian dessert. We then teamed up with the local roasters of Ten Drops Coffee. Their Honduras Pacamara cold steeped coffee blend adds big espresso, clean coffee, sweet caramel, and even more super chocolatey notes. As it warms across the tongue, doughy lady fingers linger to an oh so pleasant finish. "Tirami Su" - The perfect pick me up beer.

X GON BREW IT TO YA - Barleywine w/ Cocoa Nibs - 11% ABV 

This barleywine has a rich malt backbone. The aroma offers a complex blend of roasted Puerto Rican cocoa nibs with inviting, slightly bitter chocolate notes, complemented by dried fruits—prunes, figs, and raisins—along with caramel, toasted malt, vanilla, toasted oak, and subtle spicy malt hints. On the palate, it delivers a rich, luscious experience with initial caramel and toasty malt sweetness balanced by bittersweet cocoa, providing velvety chocolate flavors and dry cocoa powder bitterness. Layers of dark fruit and molasses add complexity, while hints of vanilla and oak contribute to a smooth, full-bodied, and well-rounded finish. It’s a robust, complex brew perfect for contemplative sipping, offering layers of flavor that evolve with each taste.
